Wearing and storing your jewelry
We reccomend removing jewelry before going to bed, participatig in physical activity, showering or bathing, and particularly when on the beach, in the sea, and in chlorinated water.
Avoide spraying perfume or applying cream onto your jewelry. To protect your jewelry, it should be individually placed in a pouch placed apart within a soft lined box to avoid getting it scratched or tangled.
Cleaning your jewelry
Lukewarm water and a small amount of mild soap can be used to clean your gold and diamond jewelry.
Make sure to dry your jewelry piece immediately after cleaning; using a soft lint-free cloth is an effective way to keep 18K gold jewelry looking shiny and lustrous.
Warranty
- Muazzine jewelry warrants all products against defects in materials and craftsmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase.
- The warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, and misapplication and a repair fee will apply in those cases.
What are our Refund & Return Policies?
- Dear customers, our jewelry pieces are made-to-order, therefore are considered final sale. We do not accept returns and refunds.
- For any customized jewelry items (Letter collection) we have a strict no-exchange policy.
- For our ready-to-wear Sadu collection jewelry items, we’re happy to consider exchange requests from our KSA clients, as long as they’re made within 24 hours of receiving your order and are subject to availability. Please note that any delivery or shipping charges for exchanges will be the customer’s responsibility.
- When you receive your package, please take a moment to inspect it. If you notice any defects, damage, or if we’ve sent the wrong item, let us know right away so we can sort it out for you.
- If an order isn’t accepted or picked up by the customer within 90 days of the shipping date, we’ll consider it abandoned. In such cases, Muazzine reserves the right to sell, dispose of, or repurpose the items, and any deposit or full payment made won’t be refundable.

We ship to all GCC countries. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp message with tracking details:

Delivery to GCC: 208 SAR
How long does it take for the order to arrive?
Delivery to KSA: 3-7 business days
Delivery to GCC: 10-14 business days.
General
- Dear sustomer, please note that all orders placed on our website are considered final, as our production team begins processing them in our workshop immediately.
- If you have any special requests for customizations (such as changes to size or length), kindly communicate these to our customer service team before placing your order. Customization requests are subject to availability, and full payment is required for customized pieces.
- We create each piece of Muazzine Jewelry by hand to ensure uniqueness that can't be replicated, therefore, the estimated production time is 10-14 days.
Duties and Taxes
- Orders outside of KSA may be subjected to additional costs related to local customs duties and import taxes that Muazzine is not liable for.
- Please, note that we cannot be held accountable for delays caused by customs clearance or payment transactions.
